Doncaster Rovers will complete their pre-season tour of Ireland on Saturday 18 July when they face Linfield at Windsor Park in Belfast. The NIFL Premiership side will host Rovers, with kick-off at 3pm.
The match marks the end of a successful Irish trip for Grant McCann's side. Rovers have already secured victories over St. Patrick's Athletic (4-2) and Glenavon (5-0) during the tour.
Opposition Profile
Linfield finished fourth in the NIFL Premiership last season and earned a place in the 2026/27 UEFA Conference League first qualifying round after winning the play-off final 3-1 against Dungannon Swifts.
The club is managed by David Healy, who has a history with Rovers. Healy was a loan signing at Doncaster during the 2010/11 season, scoring on his debut in a 2-1 win over Millwall.
McCann's Connection
Rovers manager Grant McCann also has his own link to Linfield. He rounded off his playing career at the club before moving into coaching in February 2015.
