Robinson praises team performance
Midfielder Darren Robinson, 21, who joined Rovers from Derby County in January, praised the squad's performances during the trip. Robinson highlighted that the wins came against tough fixtures, with the team prioritising fitness and match minutes while targeting higher standards in the second halves.
The midfielder, who is from Northern Ireland, said he has particularly enjoyed being back in his native region for the training camp. Robinson praised the club's family atmosphere and expressed determination to push for promotion next season.
Final fixture ahead
Rovers have one more pre-season fixture against Linfield this weekend before returning to England. Robinson said he is already feeling in good shape after an intensive off-season programme.
